We accept bank transfer or cash on completion. Save 5% when you pay cash! No upfront payment required. We'll provide our bank details after the clean when you're completely satisfied.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If there's any issue with our work, we'll return and fix it free of charge. For end of tenancy cleans, if your landlord isn't satisfied, we'll return and re-clean at no cost.
For deep cleans and end of tenancy cleaning, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak moving season (March-July). However, we can often accommodate bookings with 2-3 days notice depending on our availability.
Not necessarily. Many customers leave keys in a secure location or arrange access through their landlord. For end of tenancy cleans, we can collect keys from the letting agent and return them after completion.

Yes, we require a 10% deposit to secure your booking. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled cleaning time. The remaining 90% is paid on completion of the clean.
Deep/end of tenancy cleans typically take 3-7 hours depending on property size and condition. We'll give you an estimated timeframe when you book.
